Our service includes computer upgrades, installation, service contracts, and delivery of new computer system to your home or business at a time convenient for you. RepairAnyComputer is committed to provide the best to their customers and constantly strive for improvement and betterment of our services.

We also go by our slogan, We Beat The Price! and ensure that we offer you the lowest price quotation as compared to any competitive computer repair service provider. We are confident that our prices are low and offer unbeatable value for money. If you believe to find a lower rate than what we offer, send us your claim and we will take care of the price. In order to claim low price guarantee, the customer must fulfill the following.

• Only competitive quotation prices from UK registered companies will be matched.
• RepairAnyComputer must verify the claim to their reasonable satisfaction.
• The offer at the lower price must not be a special offer price, discounted due to frequent visit, a promotional activity, or part of a package.
• The offer at the lower price must be offered in the same currency as that of what we offer.
• The offer must be claimed within 48 hours of the date of service booking request.
• Submit your request through email with (a) a scanned copy of the service provider’s written quotation on their letterhead, (b) submit/mail the original voucher at our office address (c) email us with the URL of the page with the offer.

If you do not see the service you require, please contact us and we will get back to you with free quotation for any computer repair or network installation service.

Repair Terms and Conditions
By sending your computer or laptop to us for repair you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions below. Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.

• Please back up your data before sending your machine to us. We shall not be held responsible for any loss of data.
• RepairAnyComputer will not proceed to repair your machine until the cost of its repair is discussed and agreed upon with you. Once the cost of repair is agreed upon, whether instructed verbally, by phone, by fax, by email, in writing or via any other medium or via a third party, we will commence work immediately, and aim to get your machine repaired and sent back to you at soon as possible.
• If you decide not to accept our repair charges estimate, we will make a small charge of £10 to cover labour. Incase you want us to pick and deliver your machine we will make a charge of £20, or you can save £20 by dropping and collecting your machine from our office.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that charges are paid for and the return of the machine is arranged with us. We will not release repairs until full payment has been received. We may insist on payment being made by cleared funds.
• We reserve the right to dispose of machine(s) after three months where payment has not been made.
• The above Terms and Condition apply regardless of a signed Repair Authorization Form is submitted with the computer or laptop.
